Our medium‑duty grey TPR caster is engineered for medium‑load indoor transportation scenarios. Adopting double‑bearing internal structure, the wheel realizes labor‑saving, stable and fluent rotation even under full load condition. The wheel outer tread is made of high‑elasticity grey TPR (Thermoplastic Rubber) material, combined with high‑impact‑resistant polypropylene wheel core. It perfectly balances wear resistance, mute performance and shock‑absorbing capacity.

Different from hard PVC wheels, TPR material greatly reduces rolling noise when moving on epoxy floor, ceramic tile, wooden floor and vinyl ground. Most importantly, it will not leave black scuff marks on the ground surface, which is highly valued for hospital, office, laboratory and clean‑workshop usage.

The caster bracket is stamped by thick cold‑rolled steel sheet with galvanized surface treatment to resist rust and oxidation. Top flat‑plate mounting design comes with standard mounting hole layout, convenient for assembling onto hand trolleys, tool cabinets, medical carts, storage racks and workshop equipment. Multiple configurations are available: swivel only, swivel with total‑lock brake. The total‑lock brake mechanism can lock wheel rotation and swivel rotation at the same time, preventing accidental shifting of devices.
