This medium-heavy duty swivel caster is constructed with die-cast aluminum wheel core and high-elastic PU tread, matched with thick mirror chrome plated bracket and precision double ball swivel bearing. It combines high load capacity, silent shock absorption, excellent wear and chemical resistance. Widely used as heavy-duty moving accessories for industrial transport trolleys, equipment cabinets, warehouse racks and logistics carts.

1. High-strength Die-cast Aluminum Core for Heavy Loads Integrated die-cast aluminum wheel core features high rigidity and density. Its load capacity is doubled compared with plastic wheel cores. It will not crack or deform under long-term heavy loads. Available in 4 sizes (75/100/125/150mm), with maximum single wheel load up to 250kg, perfectly suitable for medium & heavy transport tasks.
2. Wear-resistant Green PU Tread, Silent & Floor-protective Thickened high-elastic polyurethane outer tread ensures smooth, quiet rolling with low rolling resistance. The moderate-hardness PU surface will not scratch epoxy floors, tiles or cement ground. It is oil-proof and resistant to weak acid & alkali, avoiding abrasion and peeling even in oily factory environments.
3. Thick Mirror Chrome Plated Bracket, Rust & Impact Resistant The bracket is made of thick steel plate by integral bending, with mirror chrome plating on the surface.
